Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MIXXIA Events, operated by MIXXIA FOR GENERAL TRADING CO, a single person company registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Licence 2020/13601. By booking an event you agree to them.

What the service does

MIXXIA Events manages the guest side of an event. For a single fee per event we:

• Send each guest a personal invitation over WhatsApp
• Collect and track their RSVP, in Arabic or English
• Issue every confirmed guest a unique QR entry pass
• Provide a scanner link so your door staff can check guests in
• Give you a dashboard showing responses and attendance as they happen

We are not an event planning company. We do not supply venues, catering, staff, or entertainment.

Booking and payment

Pricing is a flat fee per event, set by the number of guests:

Payment is due in full before invitations are sent. We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay through MyFatoorah, a payment provider licensed in Kuwait. A numbered receipt is issued automatically once payment clears.

Events above 500 guests are quoted individually.

Your guest list

You are responsible for the guest list you provide. By uploading it you confirm that:

• You have a genuine relationship with each person on it, and a reasonable basis to believe they would expect an invitation from you
• The phone numbers are accurate
• You will not use the service to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited bulk messages

Changes and the send date

You choose the date invitations go out. Until that moment you can add, edit, and remove guests freely. Once invitations are sent, the list locks: guests already hold entry passes tied to their identity, so changes must go through us. Contact us and we will make reasonable adjustments.

Event details such as the venue or time can be corrected after invitations go out. Where a change is material, we will notify guests on your behalf.

Cancellation and refunds

• Before invitations are sent — cancel for a full refund, less any payment-processing fee we have already incurred.
• After invitations are sent — the service has substantially been delivered and fees are not refundable.
• If we fail to deliver — where a fault on our side prevents invitations reaching your guests, you receive a full refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

What we commit to

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to deliver every message. We cannot guarantee delivery, because that depends on WhatsApp, mobile networks, and whether a guest's number is active and able to receive messages.

Where delivery to a specific guest fails, we will tell you so you can reach them another way.

Limits of our liability

To the extent Kuwaiti law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the fee you paid for that event. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or costs arising from guests who do not attend.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, uses the service for unsolicited messaging, attempts to interfere with the platform, or exposes us to legal risk. Where we suspend an account for a breach, fees are not refunded.

Privacy

How we handle personal data — yours and your guests' — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
